He was great at talking through the different options and looks and was flexible with mixing and matching costumes and letting me take things home to let my husband try on before committing. What Customer Service means to us:
It is our intention, that everyone who visits the shop is always greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. This is a fun shop and we want people to get the most from their visit. We will, wherever possible fulfil the requirements of every customer.
Please feel free when entering the store to browse at what we have to offer. Either Dave or Louise are on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have. Alternatively use the contact us button for an answer to any question you may have. We will get back to you, normally the same day.
We strongly encourage anyone coming in to look for Fancy Dress that they ‘try it on for size’. There is a changing room facility. This can get very busy at peak times, i.e. Halloween/New Year. We can always reserve costumes for you to try on if this is the case, should you wish to do other things in town and come back later.
Whatever the occasion may be, we will try to make it as memorable as possible.
